1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form a valid and binding agreement between you ("Member") and 918ks ("Platform"). This document governs the use of all services, games, promotions and features provided under the 918ks platform.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 918ks platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions in full. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

918ks reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Notice will be given via the website or the member's registered email.

2. Member Eligibility and Requirements

To use the 918ks platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old at the date of registration.
• Not be restricted from participating in online gambling activities under any applicable law or regulation.
• Be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another party.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 918ks platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, or payment information is prohibited.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Members are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their account.
• Passwords must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party.
• Members must notify 918ks immediately if there is any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to their account.
• 918ks is not responsible for any losses resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login information.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM20, regardless of the payment method chosen. The 918ks platform supports the following payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)
• Boost
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) except for cryptocurrency transactions, which use the current exchange rate. 918ks does not charge any processing fees on deposits. Deposited funds will be credited to the member's account upon successful verification.

918ks reserves the right to request additional verification for any deposit transaction that appears suspicious or exceeds a certain amount, in order to comply with know your customer (KYC) procedures.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is RM100. The standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is approved.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by management.
• Members must fulfil all relevant wagering requirements before bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• 918ks reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for investigation purposes if there are indications of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms.
• Identity verification documents may be required for certain withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals made outside of standard banking hours may take slightly longer.

6. Bonus and Promotion Terms

918ks offers various types of bonuses and promotions to members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated in the relevant offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. Wagering requirement: 20x the bonus amount. Example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement of RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• A bonus may only be activated once per offer, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 918ks reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are indications of abuse or fraud.
• A VIP programme with weekly cashback between 0.2% and 1.0% depending on membership level is available to all active members.

7. General Game Rules

In general, the following rules apply to all games on the 918ks platform:

• Game results generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical disruption that occurs during gameplay will be handled in accordance with 918ks policy. Bets affected by technical disruptions on the software provider's end may be voided.
• Members are prohibited from using any assistive software, automated bots, or strategies involving cooperation between players (collusion) to gain an unfair advantage.
• 918ks reserves the right to void any bet that is proven to have been placed using unlawful information or through system manipulation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 918ks platform and may result in account termination and legal prosecution:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different identities.
• Using any automated method or software to manipulate games or the platform system.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors that provide an unfair advantage.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner not intended by the terms of the offer.
• Conducting any money laundering activity through this platform.
• Transferring funds between member accounts without authorisation from 918ks management.
• Providing false information, impersonating another person, or using invalid documents.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

918ks reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member account for the following reasons:

• Indications of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system abuse.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified period.
• A voluntary request from the member themselves to close their account.

10. Limitation of Liability

The 918ks platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 918ks is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on this platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Investment or financial decisions made based on information on this platform.

The maximum liability of 918ks in any case is limited to the amount deposited by the member into their account that has not been used.
